
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment has been collected.
Before any payment is accepted, customers are required to inspect and review their vehicle with a representative of Proshine. This review allows the customer to confirm that the agreed-upon services have been completed satisfactorily.
Once the vehicle inspection is completed and payment is made, the service is considered accepted in full, and the sale is final and non-refundable.
By booking and paying for services with Proshine, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services are labor-based services and are non-refundable once completed.

Results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, mileage, previous damage, or wear.

Certain imperfections (including but not limited to deep scratches, rock chips, stains, oxidation, or clear coat failure) may not be fully removable and do not qualify for refunds.

Any concerns must be reported prior to leaving the premises or within 24 hours exclusively for mobile services. At our discretion, a reinspection or touch-up may be offered, but this does not guarantee a refund.
By proceeding with payment, the customer agrees to this policy in full.
